On July 27, for the first time we held the “NIMBA FUTURE SUMMIT” a call for solidarity and to build a strong resilient community to revolt against Violence and Injustice. The summit was held under the theme “Uniting to Fight Harmful Culture in Nimba” Our cultures are discriminative and lack empathy for women and we cannot progress if many things are holding us down. The event was attended by the County Leadership represented by the Superintendent, the City Mayor, Women’s organizations, Entertainers, and Young people.
